At E Auto Dealership Inc., we provide vehicle delivery options for customers based on location, availability, and agreement terms.

Delivery arrangements are confirmed only after full or agreed payment has been received and verified.


2. Delivery Options

We may offer the following delivery methods:

  • Local Pickup at our dealership location (if applicable)
  • Local Delivery within selected regions
  • National/Long-Distance Transport via third-party shipping partners

All delivery options are subject to availability and additional fees.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and vehicle availability:

  • Local delivery: 1–5 business days
  • Intercity/long-distance delivery: 5–14 business days
  • Special transport arrangements: may take longer depending on logistics provider

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.


4. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, and transport method
  • Fees will be clearly communicated before final confirmation
  • Customers are responsible for any additional charges requested by third-party transport companies

5. Third-Party Transport Services

We may use independent transport companies for delivery services.

  • E Auto Dealership Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers
  • Risk of delay or damage during transport is handled according to the carrier’s insurance policy
  • Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles upon delivery before signing acceptance documents

6. Risk Transfer

Ownership and responsibility of the vehicle transfer to the buyer once:

  • The vehicle is delivered and accepted, or
  • The buyer or authorized representative takes possession

After acceptance, the dealership is no longer liable for damage, loss, or issues arising from transport.


7. Delivery Inspection

Customers must inspect the vehicle upon delivery:

  • Report any visible damage immediately at the time of delivery
  • Sign delivery confirmation only after inspection
  • Claims submitted after acceptance may not be eligible for compensation

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect customer address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason

Additional re-delivery fees may apply.
