đźš— AS-IS VEHICLE SALE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: May 2026

This agreement is made between E Auto Dealership Inc (“Seller”) and the purchaser (“Buyer”) upon completion of a vehicle sale.


1. As-Is Condition Disclosure

The Buyer acknowledges that the vehicle is sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” with all existing faults, whether known or unknown.

This means:

  • No warranties are provided unless explicitly stated in writing
  • The Seller is not responsible for future mechanical issues
  • The Buyer accepts full responsibility for inspection prior to purchase

2. No Warranty

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • No express warranty is given
  • No implied warranty of merchantability applies
  • No guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose is provided

The Buyer accepts the vehicle in its current condition.


3. Inspection Opportunity

The Buyer confirms they have been given the opportunity to:

  • Inspect the vehicle physically or virtually
  • Conduct a test drive (if applicable)
  • Obtain independent mechanical evaluation

Failure to inspect does not void this agreement.


4. Vehicle Condition

The Buyer acknowledges that:

  • Used vehicles may have wear and tear
  • Repairs may be required after purchase
  • Mileage, condition, and history are not guaranteed unless stated

5. Limitation of Liability

E Auto Dealership Inc is not responsible for:

  • Mechanical failures after purchase
  • Repair costs or maintenance expenses
  • Losses resulting from vehicle use after sale

6. No Returns or Exchanges

All as-is sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable Canadian law or explicitly agreed in writing.


7. Title & Ownership

Ownership is transferred upon:

  • Full payment completion
  • Signing of all required documents
  • Transfer of registration as per provincial requirements

8. Financing Disclaimer

If financing is involved:

  • Loan approval is subject to lender terms
  • Default or repossession rights may apply under lender agreement

9. Buyer Acknowledgment

By completing the purchase, the Buyer confirms:

  • They understand the “AS-IS” nature of the sale
  • They accept full responsibility for the vehicle condition
  • They are not relying on verbal promises or assumptions

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Canada and applicable provincial regulations.
