General Policy<\/h2>\n<p>At <strong>E Auto Dealership Inc.<\/strong>, all vehicle sales are considered <strong>final once the purchase agreement is signed and the vehicle is delivered<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the nature of used vehicle sales, we do not offer general returns or exchanges unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of sale.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>2. Deposits<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>All vehicle deposits are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n<li>A deposit secures the vehicle and removes it from public sale.<\/li>\n<li>If a buyer fails to complete the purchase, the deposit may be forfeited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>3. Cancellations<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Orders may be cancelled only before the vehicle is delivered or ownership is transferred<\/li>\n<li>Once delivery or transfer is completed, the sale is final<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>7.
